1936 schreibt Pardey: "Isaak Richter hat mich bisher auf meinen Reisen begleitet. Er kommt als Evangelist wohl kaum in Frage."1

Wird 1937 wegen "Unzuverlässigkeit" wieder entlassen (laut Jahresbericht 1937).2

Listed by Pardey in the Statistics for 1936, "Mitarbeiterstab der Rheinischen Mission, 1. Juni 1936", requested by Präses Olpp. Pardey classifies him as a Bergdamra [sic], married during that time, and he worked on the farms to the east and north of Grootfontein ["und begleitet auch Autofahrten"]. According to Pardey Richter was only employed in 1936 and receives his training in privat teaching from him. He is paid on a daily base and one third of the payment is paid by the congregation. The congregation Otavi had 2 Bergd., 1 Ovambo and 1 Herero elder at that moment.3
