Took over from Lukas Kandirikirira as an Evangelist amongst the exiled Herero NW of Shehitwa when Lukas died. Immanuel 1969/1970 9-3/4:9,
During the visit of ELK delegation in August 1969, Kandjii is referred to as "the old brother". Immanuel 1969/1970 9-3/4:12.
Im Immanuel, 10.10.1969 erscheint ein Bild mit der Unterschrift: "Gemeente helper Zageus [sic] Kandjii met n jong Herero in Ngamiland/Botswana, vir wie hy die voorbereidende onderwysgegee het, dat hy gedoop kan word."
