Moderator Eich send "... to the evangelists and to Hiskia in Osire" a pastoral letter in which he admonished them to influence the Herero not to run into debts (written on 14.1.1904). Hosea came to Otjozondjupa on the Sunday after the 14.1.1904 from Okahandja and preached - to a very small congregation - on the following Suday.1
