He completed the second evangelist course at Paulinum in Karibib after the examination in December 1947. The course was for one year; he came from Gobabis to the Paulinum, was classified as Herero and was 30 years old when he finished. He passed the examination with "fair", and was send to Gobabis. He was not married when attending the evangelist course. RMG 2.651a p. 195.
He requested for his resignation because of certain incidents which happened in the congregation. RMG 2.61a p. 170.
