Attended the so called "second course" for teachers and Evangelists of Vedder at the Augustineum from 30.08.1928 (later than its actual commencing date) till the end of the teachers course on the 21.06.1929 and was send as a teacher to Okahanda.1
Finalists of the second teachers/evangelists course in Okahandja 1926-29. Was not married when he attended the course. He came from Okahandja and was send to Okahandja after the course. Kavonvengi was Herero and spoke both Herero and Nama. RMG2.648 p. 29.
Attended the 2 week long "Wiederholungskursus", led by Vedder, at the Augustineum in Okahandja, 05.01.-20.01.1936 with 39 other teachers from "Hereroland". Came from Okahandja.2
In November 1936 he appears on a photo with pupils from the school in Okahandja, together with RMS sister Meta Domnowsky and teacher Gottlob Geiseb. VEM5070-001.
