Attended the "third course" in the teachertraining seminary Augustineum which started in Okahandja on the 15.07.1929. Due to the urgent need in the congregations, Hesekiel Vandjeka was send to the congregation, together with three other Evangelists and 2 Helpers. An exact date is not given in the Augustineum Chronic, but it must have been during 1930.He therefor left the course before the final examination and was send to Windhoek.1

It seems that it was originally planned to make Hesekiel Vandjeka the successor of Gottlieb Murangi in the congretation Windhoek. But only three years after his appointment in the congregation Windhoek he became blind. He moved to his family in the Epukiro-Reserve. "
