When missionary Laaf (who was stationed in Hoachanas in December 1920) returned to Germany in October 1922, Hoachanas became a branch-station of Gibeon. Spellmeyer, stationed in Gibeon, he appointed Noach [sic] Tsei-tseib [sic] and Traugott Dausab as "Filialeleiter" in Hoachanas. On 06.07.1923 Spellmeyer visited the branch-station Hoachanas for the first time.1

Mentioned by Spellmeyer as elder-evangelist for Hoachanas in his statistics requested by Pönnighaus in 1939. AELCRNVIII2.2PaulinumKorrespondenz1936-1948p.36,

1939 führt "Evangelist Thimoteus Tsei-Tseib" Beerdigungen in Hoachanas durch.2

David Tseiseib attended the so called "second course" for teachers and Evangelists of Vedder at the Augustineum from 16.07.1926 (its actual commencing date) till the end of the teachers course on the 21.06.1929 and was send as a teacher to Hoachanas.3 Am 04.03.1935 stirbt im Lazaret in Windhoek der Lehrer David Tsei-Tseib.4
Hegner in einem Bericht über die Visitation in Keetmanshoop vom 07.08.1903 berichtet von einer "ehemaligen Platjeschen Werft" In dem Viertel wirkt vor allem der Älteste Abraham Petrus. Der Unterkapitän der Eingeborenen ist ein Fredrik Plaatje Außerdem gibt es eine Tseibsche Werft, auf der er den Sohn des ehemaligen Häuptlings W. Tseib, der Sohn heißt Jonathan. 5
