"Für eine Mitarbeiterbesprechung hatte ich Anfang November (1965) die Evangelisten beider Gemeinden und Mitarbeiter zusammengerufen. Wir begannen mit einer Bibelarbeit. Über die Aufgeschlossenheit der Brüder war ich sehr erstaunt. Die Arbeit in der Gemeinde konnte dann besprochen werden. In Zukunft wollen wir zweimal im Monat zusammen kommen. In Swakopmund ist nur ein Ovamboevangelist (Immanuel Kamho), obwohl dort sonntäglich 4 mal Gottesdienst gehalten wird. So müsen wir von Walvisbaai auch dort aushelfen. Evangelist Thomas Nalupe betreut die örtliche Ovambogemeinde in Walvisbaai, während Evangelist Willem Visser im Kuisebgebiet arbeitet. Er soll nach dem Weggang von Evangelist Jod jedoch nach Walvisbaai kommen"5
